How does the pet sitter or dog walker gain access to my home?
There are a few ways for the sitter or walker to gain access to your home:
– You can give us a key at the initial consultation to leave on file (recommended)
– You can install a locked key box at your residence for us to access
– We can pick them up and drop them off, we charge $10 each way
– You can drop the key off in our key lock box free of charge
– If keys have to be left with concierge, please be advised this is not always the best choice. We have had times when the building staff will be unavailable for long periods of time leaving us waiting to access your unit. Wait times for the staff will be included in the time that you booked for your pet.
Do you do background checks on your sitters/walkers?

Yes, all of sitters/walkers go through a vetting process that involves investigating an applicant’s background and qualifications prior to employment with the company.

Will I always have the same sitter or walker?
For the most part you will have the same sitter or walker. We are a small company of 3-4 pet care associates (including owners Brea and Jaime). All of our pet care associates are employees who are thoroughly trained on our company protocols and values. We work as a team and fill in for any associate who has a day off due to illness, vacation, personal days, or if someone moves on from the company and we are in the processing of hiring a new team member. We will keep you up to date of any changes.
