Terms & Conditions
- Pet sitting appointments require a 25% deposit that will count toward your pet sitting balance (refundable if you canceled 14 business days prior to the start date).
- During peak season, pet sitting from November 1st thru January 10th requires 100% non-refundable deposit. Some exceptions apply.
- New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day services are charged at time and a half.
- 24-hour cancellation required on dog walking services and cleaning services or client will be charged for service.
- 48-hour cancellation required on pet sitting services (non-peak season) or client will be charged for service.
- 2 hour minimum required for cleaning services.
- We recommend that dogs be on regular flea treatment
- Your pet needs to be up to date with all vaccinations including rabies, combination shots and bordetella for care in our home.
- Must have recent fecal exam at your veterinarian to test for intestinal parasites for care in our home.
- Payment is due in full at time of service (except during peak season, payment is due in full to hold spot for pet services).
- If we are unable to gain access to your home with keys you have provided or you forget to leave a key you will be charged 50% of services.
- In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, Pet Sitter is entrusted to use best judgment in caring for pet(s) and home. Pet Sitter/Cosmic Home & Pet Services will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions.
